Aligning

The alignment bar is placed in contact with the pile. The jogging table is then tilted to the alignment bar. The paper is supported at two sides and will be aligned during aeration and jogging.

Jogging

Jogging helps to square and align the sheets during the aeration process in the jogger aerator.

As with other parameter settings, the vibration intensity of the jogging table is adjusted via a frequency converter, from the control panel.

All parameter setting can be placed in memory for specific stock requirements. Ten preset "recipes" can be saved to recall the exact settings used for similar job requirements.
