High Capacity Aeration

The automatic aerating system has high capacity and can efficiently aerate very light paper, as well as heavy cardboard.

Both air volume and nozzle speed are programmed from the control panel. These parameter settings are precise and repeatable, from our integrated high quality blowers and frequency converters.

The aerating system provides the following benefits:

• Sheets are carefully separated for improved sheet feeding

• Debris and offset spray powder are removed for cleaner through put

• Misprints or sample sheets can be removed without the need to hand re-pile

• Ink and coatings dry faster

• Pile temperature can be adjusted
